These automated transactions are settled immediately and require a compatible wallet or exchange transfer at the time of purchase.

For enterprise clients and users requiring traditional fiat settlement, we offer a Secure Concierge Checkout supporting Cards and Apple Pay. This method is initiated manually upon request at checkout. Fiat payments are processed through a secure, external enterprise payment link. ProSoftKeys does not directly capture, process, or host fiat payment forms on our internal servers.

2. Refund Policy Our policy regarding refunds for digital keys is as follows:

  • Digital keys are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may only be considered in cases where the provided key is proven to be non-working or invalid.
  • To request a refund for a non-working key, customers must provide proof of the issue, such as screenshots or video evidence, within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is entirely at our discretion.
  • Approved refunds will be issued in cryptocurrency directly back to the original sending wallet address. Please note that blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees) incurred during the original purchase are strictly non-refundable.
