2. Refund Policy Our policy regarding refunds for digital keys is as follows:
- Digital keys are generally non-refundable.

- To request a refund for a non-working key, customers must provide proof of the issue, such as screenshots or video evidence, within 7 days of purchase.

- Approved refunds will be issued in cryptocurrency directly back to the original sending wallet address. Please note that blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees) incurred during the original purchase are strictly non-refundable.
