Activate Microsoft Office Tutorial
For Office 2016, 2019, and Office 2021: (Retail version)
- Download the official ISO from Microsoft choosing your language (Download links are available at the bottom of this page)
Application:
- Open any Office application such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
Enter the Product Key you purchased from https://prosoftkeys.com :
- Click on “File” in the top-left corner of the application window.
- Select “Account.”
- Under the “Product Information” section, you’ll see an option to “Change Product Key” or “Activate Product.” Click on it.
Enter the Product Key:
- Enter your 25-character product key in the provided field.
- Click “Continue” or “Activate” to proceed.
Activation Process:
- Office will validate the product key, and if it’s valid, your copy of Office will be activated.
Confirmation:
- Once the activation is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message, and the “Product Information” section will display the activation status.

To redeem a new purchase
Step 1: Go to setup.office.com
Step 2: Sign in with your Microsoft account, or create one if you don’t have one. Be sure to remember this account so that you can install or reinstall Office later, without a product key.
Step 3: Enter your 25-digit product key from https://prosoftkeys.com
Step 4: Follow the prompts to finish the redemption process.
